The innovative Forged Carbon Monster features a 45mm case crafted from forged carbon, a cutting-edge material that takes carbon fiber to the next level. Ultralight and corrosion-resistant, forged carbon is ultra-strong—but weighs as much as plastic. Inspired by the Black Beach of northern Minnesota, the Forged Carbon Monster has a uniquely etched and colored case back that features the Great Lakes and arrives in a special edition gift set with a black rubber strap and woven orange nylon strap with a leather backing.

• CASE: To create the case, carbon fiber is chopped into short pieces and forged by mixing, melding, and molding it with resin under intense heat and pressure.
• DIAL: The Forged Carbon Monster’s unique look takes its cues from the Black Beach of Silver Bay, An industrial past left the beaches as dark as the sandblasted black dial.
